I scheduled an appointment from the website. The maintenance team came with their cleaning equipment and did a chemical cleaning. I was surprised they did not dirty the room and all the dirty water was captured in the iclean tray. Now my aircon runs cold and i’m very happy with it.

Called up the guys at iclean and they managed to give me an early appointment. The servicing guys came and did a chemical cleaning of the outdoor unit, reassembled back and topped up gas. I enjoyed watching them blasting the dirt away with their pressurized washer. And it was with hot water too!!
